Missing ddms in Intellij

I'm using the following Intellij

ntellij IntelliJ IDEA 2017.3.2 (Community Edition) Build #IC-173.4127.27, built on December 25, 2017
JRE: 1.8.0_151-8u151-b12-0ubuntu0.16.04.2-b12 amd64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by Oracle Corporation
Linux 4.10.0-42-generic

When I go to "View" -> "Tool Windows" I don't see anything related to Android. What gives? I'm trying to debug smali code on an Android app inside Intellij
