How can I turn off Flatten Module ?

I have 2 modules . com.xxx.golfapi and com.xxx.golfapi.remote
but when I update to the EAP , in the project window , I't find the module com.xxx.golfapi , It group by the their name .
I can turn off Flatten Modules from Project Structure . But it also show Flatten in the project window. so how can I turn off Flatten Modules .
