Not possible to update IntelliJ, Download button inactive

Not possible to update IntelliJ from version 2017.2.6 (build 172.4574.11). Update shown in the notification area. After open Update WIndow 2017.3.1 (build 173.3942.27) update appears but not possible to click on Download neither Release Notes buttons. After mouse click on them only focus around button appears and nothing more. When I click on Ignore Update after reopen the window another update appears: 2017.3 (build 173.3727.127) but situation is same. OS Linux Slackware64 14.2 with fvwm2 (version 2.6.6).

Please reinstall manually from http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html .
Additional information: in the past I had had such problem and then I'd solved it by ignoring updates one be one (when there was several for example three successive) and the very next to my current version appears with different button 'Download and Restart' instead of 'Download'. Then I uncommented and installed following updates, one by one. This time it doesn't work. So far I can't say if reinstallation helped until next one will be available.
