Bug or letters and numbers got insane

Hello.
I have a very uncommon problem or bug or whatever is that. When I start to typing numbers 1, 2, 3, etc. I have found out, that instead of numbers are letters. Let me show you my problem in this picture. 
Yesterday it was OK, today, when I started to do some coding this happened. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you install any plug-ins? Does changing the fonts help?
I did not install any plugins. I started to change fonts.
Consolas - normal numbers
Fira Code - normal numbers
Lucida Sans Typewriter - normal numbers
Cource Code Pro - normal numbers
but others fonts are like in the picture - several numbers are letters. It is very strange.
