Code Style / Formatter / Reformat again to remove custom line breaks missing

In my current version (IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2 (Ultimate Edition); Build #IU-232.8660.185, built on July 26, 2023) there is no checkbox "Reformat again to remove custom line breaks" in the Code Style / Formatter view. According to https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/settings-code-style.html#formatter-control it should be there. Am I missing something? Or was this checkbox removed on purpose?
