EAP Beta 1 validation lagging behind

Currently running into some code validation issues where it appears the ide does not update it's validations while typing. This presents also in java files where it will show an incorrect warning for say spell check which has been suppressed at the class level. The only way to clear it is to modify the java code slightly causing the IDEA to analyze the file again.

Here is an example of a markdown file  where the suggestion showing a pattern that doesn't exist since it has been changed, but the file warnings haven't been updated.
