Download broken ?

I tried download PhpStrom (macOs) . And it fails. Same for windows version, or intelliJ. is this just me ?

I tried downloading IntelliJ and Windows Defender caught a TrojanDownloader.js malware. This is concerning. Do these things relate?
No, these issues are unrelated, see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-151557 regarding the Windows Defender false positive.
