Cannot download intelij windows defender quarantines it

I tried a few time to download the community version
https://download.jetbrains.com/idea/ideaIC-2016.2.4.exe
But each time windows 10 defender quarantines the file.

Tried again after lunch and now downloads without error
The latest Windows Defender update should fix the problem.
