File icon present strange in Project navigation

My Intellij version is Ultimate 2016.2.5 in Mac.
Looks like I upgraded to this version, the java class file's icon present in strange icon in project navigation view, please check screenshot below.
how I can let the java class file's icon present in normal?

Did you install any plug-ins like Material Design UI? Can you provide the full screenshot of the IDE window that would show the project view and the source folders configuration?

I use theme "Material Them UI" for long time and no problem with this theme before.
this just happen suddenly after I upgrade my intellij to the latest version.

Looks like this happen after I installed Intellij 2016.3 EAP version, but it doesn't fix the problem after I uninstalled Intellij 2016.3 EAP version.
Does it help if you disable Material design plug-in?
Thanks Serge, it looks like the root cause from Material Theme, when I changed theme to Intellij default value, the icon is backed.
