Resource Bundles not showing all properties after restarting IntelliJ

So I have a resource bundle with several properties. After restarting IntelliJ all properties except for the base case are no longer shown in the hierarchy. (They are still in the respective folder as files.)

When I right click the resource bundle and go to "New -> Add property files to Bundle", the old ones still show up.

I also can't edit any properties inside IntelliJ except for the base case and the very handy window that shows all properties side-by-side is not accessible.
