ROUTINE EDITOR IN 2016.3 SHOWS ERRORS FOR POSTGRES FUNCTIONS

I can no longer execute a functions in the routine editor on DataGrip version 2016.3 as I did in version 2016.1.1. 

Editing a postgres function in 2016.1.1 looks like this

In 2016.3 it looks like this and the code is riddled with errors. I transferred my settings over when I upgraded to this version:

Why are there differences between 2016.1 and 2016.3? My code has not changed.
