IDEA remember the hidden sidebar

I downloaded the latest IDEA installation zip package(Build 163.7743.44), operating system is WIN10.
After opening a project, remove a tool such as AntBuild from the sidebar, but the next time you open IDEA, AntBuild is restored.
This problem did not appear in the previous version(2016.2).
What should I do to let IDEA remember what I removed tool from sidebar, and no longer show AntBuild the next time I open IDEA.

Version (2019.1.3) still has this problem
Can't reproduce. What tool window do you remove? Do you open the same project?
@Miven, could you please provide exact steps to reproduce a problem? I was not able to reproduce it at 2019.1.3.
