IntelliJ Default Documentation location

Answered

Hey guys, I think I messed up the basic documentation.  I was following along with a tutorial for setting up IntelliJ and while adding the Oracle Online documentation web address I decided to delete the local directory that was under the Documentation Paths.  Now Shift+F1 does nothing...

Can anyone tell me what that local directory is supposed to be for Documentation Paths.

JDK 1.8 u112

Windows 10

Local path would depend on your offline documentation location. It's not installed by default, you have to download and unpack it manually from Oracle. After unpacking jdk-8u112-docs-all.zip into c:\Program Files\Java\ the path for IDEA would be c:\Program Files\Java\docs\api.

Thanks, that is what I thought but the Shift+ F1 shortcut just stopped working so I was questioning everything I had done so far.  Eventually just uninstalled and started clean... seems to be working now though, perhaps an odd bug...
