failure to check updates

This is what I get when I try to check for IntelliJ updates. I am using 2016.2.5 64 bit now.  Internet connections in general are working fine.

Please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA with idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085).

See if disabling http://i.imgur.com/p037pW2.png makes any difference.
