How to enable web facet options in IntelliJIdea (14.1.2)

I cannot see the option of adding a web facet as mentioned in this link https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/help/enabling-web-application-support.html. I only get the option of Groovy in step 3. Can someone please tell me how to enable the other plugins/features. I have tried looking at the associated links in the same page but no page seems to describe this.

I am using the community edition and I just found out that the community edition doesn't support Web applicatino development.

Only Java Se applications can be developed using the Community edition of IntelliJ.
