release notes are sorely missed, again

Hello Oleg,

The issue of missing release notes is re-opened after every new
EAP/Beta release made since you have moved from the JIRA to YouTrack.
From the previous times we have learned to create "fixed in: 90.xxx,
90.yyy, 90.zzz" search requests manually but some builds (90.193 for
the newest beta) are still missing from the list.

(Yes, this build does fix only these 5 issues.)

It looks like a the forum software saw a '+' character in the URL Dmitry posted as a formating character. The correct link is:

The previous beta was 90.162. What is the proper seqrch query for everything fixed from 162 to 193?

This query doesn't make sense. 193 was released from a branch that doesn't
include all fixes from the mainline,
