release notes are sorely missed, again
The issue of missing release notes is re-opened after every new EAP/Beta release made since you have moved from the JIRA to YouTrack. From the previous times we have learned to create "fixed in: 90.xxx, 90.yyy, 90.zzz" search requests manually but some builds (90.193 for the newest beta) are still missing from the list.
