Is flickering back in 6.0.3 6141?

Hi.

At least on my machine 6141 flickers horribly.

Is anyone else seeing this?
I'm running on the shipped JRE, XP Pro SP2 on A Dell D620.
Attached the list of plug-ins.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is a plug-in at fault? The latest I
installed was Identifier Highlighter.

Any thoughts before I start uninstalling plug-ins, install previous
builds, etc.?

I don't see it. I have ran it with the shipped JDK and JDK 6, both on XP SP2 and SLED 10 (ThinkPad, Dell laptop and Dell server running SLED 10).
