Navigate file does not find .sh

Hi,

For some reason I cannot find .sh files in my php project. I removed directories filenameindex and filetypes from the system/index directory, but that did not help. Then I did Invalidate Caches but no result either.
I can find other filetypes like .png and .ini.

Any suggestions?

I am using Ultimate 14.1.3 141-1010.

Does it help if you rename IDE folders and start with all the defaults? (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/entries/23358108).

If the issue remains, please provide a sample project illustrating the problem and the exact steps to reproduce.
