New feature: breakpoint groups corresponding to "Changes" files

That could be very interesting. Then we could leave our break points in, but they would automatically become enabled when the code was modified.

Well, I'd prefer associating breakpoints with the ChangeList itself and not simply with the files, as you may have
important breakpoints in files NOT in the current Change but being needed to inspect something for the Change.
Would really be useful (asis the new todo view per Change, thanks much)

Not in core please.... Someone interested in this may implement it as plugin.

My point was that it not worth even a minute of IDEA core team time.
