Uhm. Does the fact that support for weblogic 10 is NOT planned for Selena mean that we won't have it until 2009?
It would be funny: I worked 3 years suffering because IDEA didn't support websphere (and having to resort to double deployment: tomcat in dev, websphere in prod), and now that it does we switched to weblogic (and I was happy because IDEA has an historical good record with weblogic support): will I have to wait years for it too?
I would hope that this would only entail an update to the plugin. Hopefully I am not wrong. I am anxious to start migrating to WL10, but I am not interested in going forward without good IDE support.

Has everyone voted for the change?
Our company is in the process: we are migrating everything to WL10. A number of developers are already working with WL Workshop (eclipse based): we wanted to move all of them to IDEA but realized that as of now is premature...
That suffering still continues, still Idea doesn't support websphere it has only basic support with remote debugging.
It's incredible. I mean: there are zillions of new esoteric inspections and analysis features in every release, but sub-standard support for the main application servers in the market. I guess it's good for them, if they still thrive against the competition.
Hello Tobias,
WebLogic 10 support is not planned for Selena yet. You can create a feature
request (http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA).
