Does IDEA Include All WebStorm Features?

I've long used IDEA for Java, and now Groovy/Grails programming, but never for web page development. I know the HTML/CSS editor in WebStorm is also part of IDEA. What features in WebStorm are not already included or planned for inclusion in IDEA?

As I know, yes, it does. Except one feature - simplified project creation (open folder).
