JBoss Weld library download fails

Trying to add the JBoss framework for the first time. Everything works as explained in the documentation but when I fire off the download in the Add Framework Support GUI the Downloading JBoss Weld Library popup opens and the progress bar spins for 30 seconds or so before displaying the message: Failed to download 'http://download.jetbrains.com/idea/j2ee_libs/cdi/weld/2.0.3/cdi-api.jar": connection timed out.
Is this a problem on the JetBrains side or mine?

UPDATE: Maybe not relevant but if I click on that download link I get this:
The download link below works fine:

Thanks Serge. The problem is intermittent. Yesterday after several attempts that resulted in time-outs the download was successful.
