How to always end previous run, debug session when initiating run/debug?

I never want IntelliJ to keep old run/debug sessions going when I hit Run/Debug, because this often results in stupid port binding exceptions.

How can I configure IntelliJ to always kill the previous run/debug session in a project on Run/Debug?
