High CPU

Hi,
I'm using "IntelliJ IDEA 15.0.6" the 64 bit version.
Every time I'm using it, I'm getting high CPU and I can't work with it.
I tried to change my memory options in "idea64.exe.vmoptions"
-Xms512m
-Xmx1024m
but it still doesn't work.
