Switcher (Control+Tab) show same items several times

As you can see in the pic. I get multiple items in the switcher.

Strange is that this happens not in all of my projects. Dont know why.

Normally i dont want to see tabs but if i switch them on again the switcher don't show multiple items o.O.

Someone with the same issue? Or some ideas how to solve this? (No i dont want my tabs always shown :D)

Nearby: Recent Files (Control + E) don't cause this problem. So i will use that instead.
