TFS keep reseting

Hello,
The TFS plugin works really bad.
If I dont do any tfs action(checking/update etc) for a couple of minutes the connection is reset. Then when I do some action(checkin/update) i get error connection reset but the next action is working.
Sometimes i get the information the TFS need to be reset because it cant track local changes so I have to restart Intellijvery often.

Im behind proxy, and I use the NTLM(system credentials)
