Multi Clipboard Bug or Feature?

Hello,

I am using Intellij IDEA 2016.1 under Win10 and I have a big Problem which drives me insane!

I CAN NOT USE THE NORMAL WINDOWS CLIPBOARD! What is this, a bad joke, a bug or a Feature?

Everything I get when I use Ctrl+V is the content of the IDEA Multi Clipboard. Everything that I copy outside of IDEA is not avaiable. 

How can I disable this feature?????
