Language-Specific Color Schemes

Say I wanted to write Java using the Darcula color scheme, but wanted to write JavaScript using Monokai, what would be the easiest way for me to do that? When I try to change "Scheme" in Preferences > Editor > Colors & Fonts > JavaScript, it changes the color scheme system wide.

I also looked at the Configuring Colors and Fonts documentation where it suggested changing individual language components, but that seems really tedious. Is there a better way?
