suggestion to notify on new project creation

Is this the best place to make a product suggestion?

I think IDEA should say when it's creating a new .idea folder.  I thought I was opening a pre-existing project when instead I had created a new one.  (IDEA should at least put ".idea created" in the Event Log.)
