found a minor bug in IDEA 2016.2

 steps to recreate:

1. open Help|About

2. now click on close button in the IntelliJ window (while the about screen is still open)

 

I want to report this bug. Where should i head to?

You can report bugs at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.

I've tried the described steps and didn't spot any problem.

Make sure to attach idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085) to your bug report.
