IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2 Community Edition excludes 'rcs' package from compilation

Output folder does not contain compiled classes from 'rcs' package. There is no exclusion in Settings->Build,Excecution,Deployment->Compiler->Excludes and 'rcs' record does not exist in Settings->Editor->File Types-> Ignore files and folders (please see screenshots below)

Ignored files and folders value: *.hprof;*.pyc;*.pyo;*.rbc;*~;.DS_Store;.git;.hg;.svn;CVS;SCCS;__pycache__;_svn;vssver.scc;vssver2.scc;
