[Flex application] Using a JSP Wrapper template instead of HTML Wrapper

The projects we are moving from FlashBuilder to IDEA use JSP based Wrapper template :
We found the option to use a custom HTML Template :
But it is limited to pure HTML :
Is there a way to make a Flex Application use a JSP based Wrapper Template ?

Only HTML templates are supported. You can specify page URL instead and use a predefined JSP page.
Sorry but i don't understand "You can specify page URL instead and use a predefined JSP page", could you give us more explainations on this solution ?
We have already customized the run configuration this way, but the problem is during the build for the JSP to be generated and copied in the war.
