debug configuration window pop up suddenly and does obstruct writing the code (how do I hide it)

While I am writing the code, this window suddenly appears and the program starts running. After that, it does not accept to go, and I cannot complete the code and the situation continues like this. I do not know why it appears. If anyone knows a solution to this problem, please tell me. I have done everything until I reached the point of deleting IntelliJ and re-downloading it many times, but it did not work.

If the issue remains, for issue isolation purpose, disable all custom plugins via "Settings | Plugins | ⚙ | Disable all downloaded plugins".
If the issue persists, we might need to check the log(Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data) to investigate it further. Please share it in a new YouTrack ticket.

When I did the steps it directed me to the temp file but I don't know how to make sure there is no problem there

When the menu is not operational for any reason, the log can be collected manually, the path of the log directory can be found from:
