2024.3 Empty project panel and no run or debug optiones - "Nothing to show message"

After update to 2024.3 project panel show nothing and Run/Debug menu options not show and lost all settings. I tried this:
- clear cache
- clear index
- Remove project .idea folder and .iml files
- Reimport my maven project
Nothing works

Just do a clean installation 2024.3 and removing /Jetbrains folder from %APPDATA% fixed the problem. Something in the update broke everything

Bond Han as I said I removed %appdata%/Jetbrains folder and did a clean reinstall of Intellij 2024.3 the logs are clean now 😅
Frank Niessen what you describe does not look related to the initial problem reported here, but similar to IJPL-167225. Please upvote that ticket and follow it for updates (see this article if you are not familiar with YouTrack).
