My IntelliJ IDEA does not launch at all

My computer has 32-bit operation system and uses x64 - based processor. idea.bat file seems to use 64bit version. How can I change it?

You need to install 32-bit JetBrains Runtime. Windows installer has a checkbox to download it automatically.
