Unable to import Maven dependencies with specific project

Hi
I'm trying to import a specific project using maven. the project work fine with mvn from command line but not from Intellij
I get Could not resolve dependencies for project com.lowzj.connect:kafka-connect-aliyun-oss:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
The log are attached as idea.log.1
Do you've any idea ?
