Hi there,
I am trying to get some help from jetbrains cs (sales@jetbrains.com) for a few days but no luck to have a human answering back. The tickets themselves get deleted after a while.
Is there a better contact for this? Please let me know, thanks

Could you please provide a ticket ID? They are probably not deleted, but reassigned to a different team in which case ZenDesk will return 404 since the ticket link changes.
