Strange mouse cursor behavior hovering over links
On OS X, I see really odd mouse cursor behavior when hovering over any kind of link - this happens if I'm command-clicking on a class to go to it's definition, or if I'm simply hovering over links in a stacktrace in the console tool window. Any kind of link in any tool window and this happens: the cursor switches erratically between the I-beam and the hand cursor. This doesn't happen in any other kind of link in any other program on the operating system - only IntelliJ.
It actually affects the cursor movement speed, the constant switching between cursors slows movement to a crawl, making it very frustrating to move the cursor over any window with links (particularly stacktraces) as it requires multiple re-positionings of the mouse to fully move across the text.
Since this is hard to explain I've recorded and posted a video of the behavior in action: https://youtu.be/2tsRFwocmIA
I've tried disabling all plugins and this still happens, and like I said it happens in any window (not just the main editor with holding down command). It's worth noting that this does NOT happen on links inside of tooltips, where cursor behavior is normal. I've also tried changing fonts and disabling ligatures to see if that had any effect, and it did not.
