Keyboard shortcuts with regional keyboard

There are few thread about regional keyboard and not working keyboard shortcuts, but is there any solution? I mean, is there any switch to tell PyCharm which keyboard layout I´m using to "autoremap" all shortcuts based on my keys? I dont see remaping each shortcut one by one as a working solution or workaround. And "shortcut" with needed switch to US keyboard before and after each usage is something like to pay to get discount.
