Toolbox Updates break command line launcher

Whenever I update an app with the toolbox, my command line launcher no longer functions, I have to open the app from the toolbox and then install the command line launcher again.  It would be nice if on *nix systems that you create a "current" symlink and the toolbox updates the symlink whenever a new version is installed.

It's super handy to "idea ." in a downloaded project, or webstorm . 

Just a minor irritation that would make the experience better. Fewer groans is what you're all about!
