Missing window contents when opening dialogs.

Hi,

I am facing an issue when I open some dialogs (vcs commit / open project), the dialog opens but only the frame is displayed.

This happens intermittendly and only goes away after trying to open the dialog a couple of times.

I have tried resizing the dialog and moving it around but it doesn't seem to fix it.

Software details:

java version "9.0.4"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 9.0.4+11)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9.0.4+11, mixed mode)

I also remember this happening with Java 8.

OS: Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit.

IntelliJ: idea-IU-181.4203.550

I am running a multi monitor setup with an Intel i7 8700K, 32Gb ram and ATI graphics.
