Error code -43

after downloading a IntelliJ IDEA community file it wouldn't install on my computer the message says "The operation cant't be completed because one or more required items can't be found (Error code -43).

Thanks but both of those links are Ultimate editions. I need community. do you have any idea why file wouldn't download properly and install on my computer?

Just change IU to IC in the links.

It can be some content filter, proxy or ISP issue.
