'Create New Test' uses the java 'class' template, it should use the 'junit 4 test class' template.

The command 'create new test'  creates a new file using the standard template called 'Class' .  It does not use the template 'jUnit 4 test class' template.  Is there a setting to change the template used?  or is this an anomaly?
