Patch Update Several Versions

Occasionally I forget to patch update the EAP (I know! The shame!) and then I have to download about 500 MB for the new version.

Would it be possible to make multiple patches available so that I patch update (of about 16 MB) through the different versions until I got to the latest?

e.g. 

I am on 2018.1 181.4445.20 and the latest is 2018.1 181.4668.14 so I do:

2018.1 181.4445.20 to 2018.1 181.4445.78 then

2018.1 181.4445.78 to 2018.1 181.4668.1 then

2018.1 181.4668.1 to 2018.1 181.4668.14

This is partially because my connection speed isn't that great, but also because it means everything is updated in situ and I don't have to update any settings or shortcuts.

An interesting side note is that when the patch update first came out IDEA was about a fifth of the size!
