Configure Tasks plugin with Trello

Hi,
I would like to configure the Tasks plugin with my Trello board.
When I click on the link "Where can I get authorization token?"
It opens the web-browser with a blank page. This happens on Windows 10, IntelliJ 2018.1.5
On Linux I don't have this issue and on the web browser I have this page: 
Should I make additional configurations and where?

What browser do you use on Windows? Is there any adblocking extension installed? Please try some other browser.

Thanks for replying. On both OS I use Chrome and on both I have Adblock enabled. I'll try to disable it on Windows and try another browser.
