Android Sdk setup says "Nothing to do!" after installation

Answered

I had gone through the installation wizard of Android SDK setup. Now, when I go to create a new Android app, it asks me to go through the installation again, and then shows me that I already have the SDK installed and it will only update the outdated components. After clicking finish, the progress bar says "Installing" and in details it is written "Nothing to do". In the console which I started idea.sh from- it says "Android SDK is up to date".

What am I supposed to do at this point? I cannot even cancel the wizard.

It is stuck there for like forever.
