Cannot start Arquillian Tests (Cannot run while maven activities)

Hello folks, recently I can't start any Arquillian integration tests anymore. I get the error message below.
However, there are no Maven activities running. Also a restart of IntelliJ and the computer didn't solve the problem.
I hope someone can help me.
