CodeStyle menu loading forever

Hello,
For a few weeks now, I have been unable to change my code style settings for Java. It's "loading" but never completes. Please see a screenshot below. Any idea what's going on? I was on EAP but went back to a stable release. I also tried a fresh install but no luck. I install using the Toolbox.

What do you mean by the fresh install? Did you delete IDE folders mentioned at https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/200382555-IntelliJ-IDEA-Users?
If the issue persists, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA and attach the logs/thread dumps (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085, https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544899).
Thanks Serge. I deleted all the IDE folders and re-installed Intellij. Everything is back to normal now.
