line numbers start from .(dot)?

Just curious about such trivial but weird problem. I can't find any setting about this except the line number checkbox. And It's hard to google.

It could be caused by some custom plugin. Do you have any? If yes, try disabling them and then File | Invalidate Caches / Restart...
